Nearly one in five adults in the U.S. experiences a mental health issue, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. To show people facing these issues that they’re not alone, we teamed up with four-time Grammy-winning songwriter, Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd, to create a song featuring lyrics from over 200 anonymous internet posts about mental health.
