The pandemic changed our lives, our perspectives and our priorities—it made us reconsider our health and find new ways to improve it. To encourage even more people to think about who they want to be when this chapter comes to an end, we launched One Medical’s first-ever television commercial.

The story follows the journey of open-water swimmer Mina Rhoden as she carries out her daily ritual of swimming in the frigid Bay Area waters—a routine she really embraced during the pandemic.
